PREKAYBALL Policy

Lights are DIY po so please switch them on when needed and make sure to SWITCH THEM OFF after your scheduled playtime and by 10pm.

We kindly ask everyone to tone down voices to respect other players in nearby courts. Shouting, loud laughter, music or sounds, microphones, speakers, and any noise that may cause disturbance to the neighborhood are STRICTLY PROHIBITED, pursuant to an Executive Order issued by our Municipal Mayor.

Please be informed that NO EXTENSIONS are allowed after 10pm, as stated in the new Executive Order. Everyone is required to leave the premises immediately thereafter at 10pm.

Please also be advised that barangay tanods or the PNP may respond to noise complaints and curfew violations, which may result in penalties.

Cancellation and No Refund Policy

Confirmed paid bookings are final and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you're unable to attend your reserved time slot, you may "pasalo" your booking to someone else. No refund for last minute cancellation for any reason.

Rain Policy

In case of rain, your payment will be refunded on a PRO-RATA HOURLY BASIS based on your remaining unused time:

 5 to 30 minutes played = 50% (30 minutes) refundable

 Beyond 30 minutes played = nonrefundable for the said 1 hour

Brownout Policy

In case of a power outage, no refunds will be provided, as all 2 courts are equipped with solar lights. However, please note that lights may not be as bright as regular electric lights.
