Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Bea's Pickleball Court, player safety and fairness are important to us. Since our courts are open-air, bookings affected by environmental conditions such as heavy rain or unsafe weather will not be eligible for refunds. Instead, affected reservations will be rescheduled to another available date and time agreed upon by the customer and management. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
