1. Introduction

SKEDNA ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and safeguard your information when you apply to become a coach on our platform, and upon approval, when you use the SKEDNA coaching dashboard. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Application Information: Full name, email address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide during the application process, including your digital signature.

Account Information: Upon approval, your coach account credentials, login timestamps, and account activity logs.

Coaching Profile Data: Your publicly visible coach profile including your name, bio, coaching specialties, availability schedule, and hourly session rates that you configure after account creation.

Booking and Transaction Data: Records of coaching sessions booked through the platform, session history, and booking statuses.

Communications: Emails, messages, and support requests exchanged between you and SKEDNA.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected automatically when you access the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process, review, and evaluate your coach application
• To create and manage your SKEDNA coach account upon approval
• To display your public coach profile to players and venue administrators on the platform
• To send transactional and administrative emails including booking notifications, application status updates, account setup links, and important platform announcements
• To facilitate bookings between coaches and players
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To monitor platform activity for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
• To improve and optimize our platform features and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) Consent — you have explicitly agreed to this Privacy Policy; (b) Contract — processing is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you as a coach on the platform; (c) Legitimate Interests — for security, fraud prevention, and platform improvement purposes.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Public Profile: Your coach profile (name, bio, specialties, availability, location, and session rates) will be visible to registered players and venue administrators on the SKEDNA platform.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics) who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SKEDNA, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your coach account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Application data for rejected applicants is retained for a period of 12 months for record-keeping and audit purposes, after which it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
• Bcrypt-hashed passwords stored in our database
• Role-based access controls limiting who can view your data
• Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments

While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting this coach application to SKEDNA ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Applicant", "Coach") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not submit this application. These terms apply from the moment of application submission and continue through the duration of your active coach account, if approved.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to apply as a coach on SKEDNA.
• You must have the legal right to work and provide coaching services in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not have any prior account on SKEDNA that was suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
• Submission of this application constitutes a representation that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Application and Approval Process

Submission of a coach application does not guarantee approval. SKEDNA reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any application at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Approved coaches will receive an account creation email with a link to set their password. SKEDNA administrators will assign the coach to an appropriate venue.

4. Coach Responsibilities and Conduct

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on your profile at all times.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining a professional standard of conduct during all coaching sessions.
• You must keep your availability schedule and session pricing current and accurate to avoid misleading players.
• You are responsible for confirming, rescheduling, or cancelling bookings in a timely and professional manner.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to providing coaching and physical training services.
• You must not engage in discriminatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward players, venue staff, or other platform users.
• You must not use the SKEDNA platform to solicit players for services conducted outside the platform in a manner that circumvents platform policies.
• You are prohibited from submitting false reviews, ratings, or misleading information on the platform.

5. Coaching Sessions and Bookings

All coaching sessions booked through SKEDNA are binding commitments between you and the player. You agree to:

• Honor all confirmed bookings unless cancelled in accordance with your stated cancellation policy.
• Provide advance notice of at least 24 hours for any cancellation, except in cases of genuine emergency.
• Conduct sessions in a safe, professional, and appropriate manner at all times.
• Ensure that the venue and equipment used are appropriate and safe for the session.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment arrangements for coaching sessions are managed as configured on the platform. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for setting fair and accurate pricing for your coaching services.
• SKEDNA is not a party to the financial transaction between you and the player unless otherwise stated.
• You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through coaching sessions facilitated by SKEDNA.
• SKEDNA reserves the right to introduce platform service fees with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original coaching materials, methods, and content you create. By publishing content on your SKEDNA profile, you grant SKEDNA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the platform for the purpose of connecting you with players. SKEDNA's logos, platform design, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of SKEDNA.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to treat all personal information shared by players during sessions (including health information, goals, and personal circumstances) as strictly confidential. You must not disclose such information to any third party without the player's explicit written consent, except as required by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

SKEDNA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your coach account with or without notice in the event of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Receipt of substantiated complaints from players, venues, or staff
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct
• Repeated no-shows or cancellations without adequate notice
• Any behavior that, in SKEDNA's judgment, reflects negatively on the platform or its users
• Extended inactivity of the account

You may terminate your coach account at any time by contacting SKEDNA support. Termination does not release you from obligations arising prior to termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

SKEDNA provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SKEDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost income, injuries sustained during coaching sessions, disputes with players, or platform downtime. SKEDNA is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or conduct of coaches, players, or venue operators.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKEDNA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your coaching activities, your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Terms

SKEDNA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Coaches will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must cease using the platform and request account termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with SKEDNA's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SKEDNA with respect to your participation as a coach on the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
